I had to post this for my wonderful family members!!
This was the first year that we did not get the privilege of seeing one of these hanging in a tree. After about 12 years of hunting together, this year we did not. It was a little weird not all being together for this great family event. I really missed it. Maybe next year ya’ll!!
Love the blood on the ground, but I think they missed the tongue hanging out! 
Did you guys miss the great hunt too??

This is great!!! Love the blood. It took a while to figure out it is hanging upside down. We don’t do that but the look is still cool. Yeah maybe next year.
This was the first year I have not gone deer hunting since I started hunting. I really missed the family time.
I feel we were so distracted this year that I think my mind would have been elsewhere had I gone. I still have some meat from last years buck. I got a call from the taxidermist that the cape was cut too high (my fault, trying to get the lungs, heart, trachea) so he was given one by another hunter but it won’t be ready until March. I don’t know where I’m going to put it anyway. Karen would like it in the bathroom but I thought it would be tacky.
Hon, it would look so great in there. We could hang our towels and your dirty underwear on the antlers!
