I have wanted to write a book for years but never have had the time to do it. I am thinking of going back to college this Fall when Evely starts kindergarten. Just as the book of your mom's life was a novel, so too will be the book of your grief. There are no short story books of grief. At times you will want to run far away from the book but it will call you back, and you will go. And just like the end of the book of your mom's life, in time you will also lay the back of the book on the pages, lightly touch the cover and smile at who God has transformed you into. You will be a better mother, wife, sister, and friend. You will be a light to those who find themselves wandering in the darkness of tragedy and grief, and you will be the soft place to catch those that are hurting. Change takes courage...be courageous!
