I know that you really understand the hard parts of having young children. I’m sure that it has passed really quickly for you guys. Just hearing the ages of your kids makes me feel really old!

Hi Karen, remember me?? I went into the Acctg. office the other day with avon books and told Carol to be sure Judy saw the bubble bath was on sale – didn’t know she had retired and about her cancer! Was shocked and saddened to hear this. She and the whole family will be in my prayers. What a sweet wonderful woman. Ah, I remember the “sick nights”. Hang in there someday your kids will be grown and it will definitely be a foggy memory of the sick nights. Our Ross is 25 (married 2 kids), Laura 19 (moved into her own apt. 12/27) works as a 9-1-1 dispatcher for LSPD, Val and Michele are 16 in March – sophomores at LSN. Time goes WAY TOO FAST! Enjoy each moment. Hi to Tom too! Your kids are adorable – how blessed you are!

Yes, I hear that bell often, too! I am so sorry. At least she is older and can make a bed on the couch and enjoy being waited on. Tell her I am praying that she gets over this really soon. Poor girl!

Karen, James is on his way to the school to get Jessica. She’s got a 101 degree fever. I thought you’d enjoy this…. After the nurse told me, I heard a bell ding in my head. (I think us mom’s have some kind of mental thing going!) Anyway, I heard a bell ding, like in a boxing match. Another round has begun! Ding!

Karen, I am so sorry. I HATE that run away feeling. I had it Friday night BAD!!!! Thankfully, those feelings are coming fewer and farther between. Probably because I sleep now. I will keep you in my prayers. Lord God, grant Karen the wonderful blessing of sleep. Better yet, the whole family! May their sleep be sweet!
