Dear All -

I am writing as a final chapter in the jouney we have all taken together with my Mom. Today, March 18th, Mom has gone home to be with Jesus. Her final moments here on earth were peaceful and she slipped into eternity in a very peaceful way.

Dad called me at 3:30 this morning and asked me to come, and she passed away around 6:00a.m. I’m thankful I was here with her for those last moments.

Thank you for your continued prayers for my family as we make decisions and plan the funeral. I will post the funeral information when we know more.

Karen

Karen, we are so sorry for your loss. I know your family and kids are grieving, but your bigger family of friend will always be here for you all. We love you all and are mourning with you, but at peace inside knowing Judy now is with our Father forever!

Karen….so sorry to hear this. Know that you are being prayed for…..you all have been on my mind a lot lately as I have waited for an update. I’ll continue to pray as you make decisions and for strength for you as you help those around you deal with this great sadness. Our God is sufficient…His strength is made perfect when we are at our weakest. Love you lots…..sending a big and very warm hug from the still below freezing place of Moscow.

    Karen and Tom,

So sorry for your loss. Judy was such a classy lady and was always so concerned for others. Our lives are so much richer because of her. We pray that God’s peace will cover you and your family and live with the assurance that we will all be reunited again in eternity. She is partying today in heaven with Gilbert and Leona! What a great time for her.

    Karen, Tom, and all:

I am so sorry to hear of your mom’s passing. She had a long and brave fight and while I am so very sorry that she isn’t here with you healthy and well I think we all know for a fact that she is in complete and utter joy and bliss right now, free from the struggles and pain that we her constant companion for a long time. It is a blessing to know without a doubt that she is with the Lord and that you will be with her again someday. I cannot imagine the pain of losing a parent and hope you know that we are here for you for anything you need now, or will need as you go forward. Our prayers will continue to be with you.

    Karen,
I am so very sorry hear about your Mom and my heart goes out to all. You will be in my thoughts and prayers. If you want to talk at all, please feel free to call anytime. Someone shared this thought with me after Dad died and it touched me. I hope it will do the same for you.
Even though you will miss terribly and your heart will break a thousand times, you may be able to console yourself and family with this; your Mom passed away with life’s greatest blessing, the unconditional love of her family, including her savior’s love.
Wishing you many blessings and smiles soon. Hold the happy memories close. If you need anything at all, please feel to call on us. We are near.
    with love, becky

    Karen & Family,

I really enjoyed working with your Mom. She was a neat lady. I’m sorry She had to leave you, but we know She is in a better place. My Mom left us on February 25. She was at the KC Hospice House where Judy was for a short while. They are wonderful! Please know that you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. God Bless You.

    Dearest Karen and Tom,
Our hearts go out to you both as you face the departure of your mother to be with our Lord Jesus Christ. May the God of all comfort, comfort your hearts until you see her again because you will always miss her until then. We send our love.
