Say a Quick Prayer Today

Hi Everyone -

This is a quick post to let you all know that Mom is having Chemo treatment #4 today. She is dreading it as any of us would. Yet, I think that knowing the cancer is being affected really helps her endure through this difficult process.

If you read this or think of her today, please say a prayer and continue to thank God for her healing. Pray also that she will bounce back as quickly as she did after her last treatment. This will be her last treatment before their upcoming cruise with all their friends. Pray for added strength as she thinks of preparing for this trip and that it will be completely enjoyable.

I shall not die but live to declare the glory of the Lord! Psalm 118:17

Tell Judy that we are praying for her. Tori and I just now said a prayer for her to be relaxed and feel peace today.

We are looking forward to seeing your expansion (and we’re looking forward to seeing you too). :o )

I talked to Mom just a little while ago. She was sitting there getting her chemo. She said that the blood work they take prior to giving her chemo came back very good. The nurse commented on how good it looked.

She said there was a man sitting next to her that had blood work come back at a 2.9. They told him they would go ahead and give him his chemo today but would probably make him skip his next treatment to build his system back up.

They said hers was at an 8. This is good. I thank God that she is getting good reports and taking the treatments as well as she is. When you see others and know where she could be it just makes you praise God that much more!!

We are certainly thinking of your mom today. Hope she can get through this treatment and feel great for the cruise. What fun! Carol
